The Ozone Process For Garment Restoration

  • Oxygen (O2) is passed through an electrical charge, which splits the oxygen atom

Step by Step Restoration Procedure

We urge you to set aside an EMERGENCY ORDER of garments. This includes, but is not limited to, work clothes, school uniforms, church clothes, everyday wear, clothes for an upcoming event, bedding, etc…

To meet your needs as promptly as possible, we ask that you assess your wardrobe. Set aside the garments that are of little or no use as these items will not need our restoration services.

For scheduling DELIVERIES, please call our office, Monday through Friday from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. at 949.472.0393. If you prefer, you may also call the representative that handled your claim.

In order TO HAVE YOUR DRAPES RE-HUNG, please be aware that you need to call the office to schedule an appointment with one of our drapery technicians.

Scheduling DELIVERY OF YOUR EMERGENCY ORDER. We contact you upon completion of your priority order so that the delivery can be scheduled. If you are at a temporary residence, please notify our office about arranging your appointment. We provide storage for your garments if you are not capable of taking a complete delivery. There is a monthly charge for storage.

STORING ITEMS: If you opt for your garments to be stored and a change of season occurs, or you simply require specific garments that are in storage, please contact our office. Make an appointment to meet with one of our managers to evaluate your order. Please be aware that our manager’s hours are from 7:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.

Please note that unless otherwise instructed, manufacturer’s labels will be strictly followed. In the event a garment lacks a care label, you’ll be contacted to address the matter. We will advise you of the best manor in which the garment should be dealt with and what could be the consequences. If a garment is damaged as a result of your recommendations, we cannot be responsible for the damage to the garment.

We cannot be responsible for pre-existing damages to your garments. This includes, but is not limited to, food stains, paint, moth holes and tears, missing buttons or garments that can’t withstand the cleaning procedure. However, we will do our best to make any possible reparations.

Our drivers only provide delivery of the clothing and are not familiar with the status of your garments. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact our office for further assistance.
